I am Charles Baum, and for over fifty years, I have proudly served as a State Farm Agent. My foundation is built on education from the University of Maryland, where I earned a B.S. degree and was recognized on the Dean's List. Our office is centrally located and easily accessible in the White Oak area of Silver Spring, MD, situated 1 1/2 Miles North of Beltway. We believe in old-fashioned customer service, ensuring you speak to real people in real time whenever you have policy questions. My dedicated team and I are here in the office Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm to provide personalized and professional service for all our customers and good neighbors. We offer in-person, phone, or virtual appointments for your convenience.
